Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, including administering medications, assessing residents, and documenting outcomes. Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team. Flexible Full Time FLEX schedule with availability for days, evenings, and overnights; additional shift differentials for evenings, weekends, holidays; $10,000 sign-on bonus. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an LPN license; associate degree in practical nursing preferred. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- Current unencumbered LPN license and state nursing board licensure
- CEU and competency requirements as applicable
- IV therapy/management prerequisites for ND if applicable
