Job Summary
LPN provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, administering medications and treatments, documenting resident interactions and outcomes, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team. The role supports a FLEX schedule with a rotating 8-hour shift pattern (days/evenings/overnights) and offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, $5/hour FLEX premium, and eligible health benefits. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, an unencumbered LPN license, and relevant clinical experience; licensure and CEU requirements apply. The position is based in Battle Lake, MN, with on-site work at the facility.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- IV therapy/management skills (North Dakota requirements if applicable) or IV Therapy course approved by ND Board of Nursing
- Minimum 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility or supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum
