Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting under supervision, including administering medications and treatments, documenting resident interactions and outcomes, and supporting an interdisciplinary care team. Demonstrate nursing knowledge across age populations, assess residents, respond to emergent situations, and educate residents and families on prevention and treatment plans. Must hold a current LPN license and graduate from an accredited practical nursing program; role includes a flexible schedule with days/evenings/overnights and shift differentials, including weekend/holiday coverage. Eligible for competitive benefits and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current unencumbered LPN license
- Possesses or can obtain multi-state licensure privileges
- Experience with long-term care nursing and medication administration may be required per facility standards
- IV therapy/management skills as applicable by state requirements (e.g., North Dakota)
