Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, including administering medications and treatments, documenting resident interactions and outcomes, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Role requires LPN licensure with corresponding education (associates preferred), flexibility with a full-time FLEX schedule (days/evenings/overnights) and additional shift differentials, including a $10,000 sign-on bonus and benefits eligibility. Responsibilities emphasize resident safety, care planning, patient education, and adherence to confidentiality and regulatory standards. This role is based in Battle Lake, MN with rotating shifts and a FLEX premium.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- If position requires IV therapy/management skills, completion of IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing
- Possession of required CEUs and competency training as per facility standards
