Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse provides professional nursing care for residents in long term care under supervision; administers medications or treatments, documents interactions and outcomes, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team to meet residents' needs. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an unencumbered LPN license; associate degree in practical nursing preferred. Flexible Full Time FLEX schedule available (Days/Evenings/Overnights) with additional $5/hour FLEX premium and shift differentials for evenings, weekends, or holidays. $10,000 sign-on bonus and eligible benefits (medical, dental, vision). Position located in Battle Lake, MN; LICENSURE and ongoing CEU requirements apply.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
- IV therapy/management skills (North Dakota specific) if applicable
- Minimum clinical experience hours or equivalent
- Licensure maintenance and ongoing CEU/compliance requirements
