Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Full Time FLEX role providing professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. Under supervision of a RN/physician, administer medications and treatments, participate in care planning, document interactions and outcomes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health, safety, and comfort. Role involves rotating shifts (days/evenings/overnights) with an added FLEX premium and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits; requires an active LPN license and completed practical nursing education. Not-for-profit facility serving seniors in a Christian environment in Battle Lake, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse license
- Experience with medication administration and documentation under supervision
- Clinical experience across the life span or equivalent supervised clinical experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts and flexible schedule; prior LTC experience preferred
- Current CEU/compliance requirements as applicable
