Job Summary
Full-time FLEX LPN providing professional nursing care for residents in long-term care, under supervision of a RN or physician. The role involves medication administration, care planning, documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Offers a FLEX schedule with an additional $5/hour premium, rotating 40-hour weeks, shift differentials for evenings/weekends/holidays, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current LPN license in state and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Associates degree in practical nursing preferred
- Experience with IV therapy/management per state requirements (North Dakota) where applicable
- Ability to work 40 hours/week and flex schedule including days/evenings/overnights as required
