Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Full Time FLEX role at a not-for-profit long-term care facility. Provides professional nursing care under supervision, administers medications, participates in care planning, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health, safety, and well-being. FLEX schedule adds a $5/hour premium and shift differentials for evenings, weekends, or holidays; sign-on bonus of $10,000; benefits eligibility. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, active LPN license, and ability to work days/evenings/overnights with rotating shifts in a long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- State nursing license or multi-state licensure privileges
- Ability to work full-time with flexible shifts and rotating schedule
- Experience with administering medications and care plans (preferred IV therapy in ND context)
- Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality
- CEU/compliance requirements
