Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Full Time FLEX role providing professional nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility. Under supervision, administer medications and treatments, perform assessments, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, maintain accurate documentation, and support residents’ self-care and education. The role offers a FLEX schedule with a premium for flexible shifts, rotating days/evenings/overnights, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus; requires completion of an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license, with potential for state-specific IV therapy prerequisites. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
- If IV therapy required for ND: completion of IV therapy course or program as applicable
- Experience or supervised clinical experience across lifespan as part of pre-licensure program or equivalent
- Ability to perform assessments, administer medications, and provide care under supervision
- Must meet department competencies and continuing education requirements
