Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting under supervision; administer medications, contribute to care plans, document outcomes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. LPNs must hold an active LPN license, have completed an accredited practical nursing program (associate degree preferred), and may have ND IV therapy requirements. The role includes rotating shifts (days/evenings/overnights) with FLEX premium and a $10,000 sign-on bonus, along with benefits eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- IV therapy/management skills (ND-specific) or completion of IV Therapy course as per North Dakota Board of Nursing where applicable
- 400 hours of experience as LPN or supervised clinical experience across lifespan
- Continued CEU and competency training requirements
