Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Ability to perform testing to evaluate data reflective of resident status and provide needed care
- Knowledge of resident education principles to develop a self-care program
- Experience in medication administration and documentation
- CEU and competency training requirements
- Possession of additional education or IV therapy skills as applicable by state requirements
