Job Summary
Collect required information from new residents during admission, record health details including vitals and temperature, and administer medications and injections as needed. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, assist residents with personal hygiene, and monitor food and liquid intake and output. Maintain a valid New York State LPN license in good standing with the State Registry while working full-time evening shifts from 3 to 11 PM.
