Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision. Responsibilities include administering medications, contributing to assessments, documentation of resident interactions and outcomes, and supporting an interdisciplinary care team. Position is Full Time Days (6am–2:30pm), 40 hours/week with every-other weekend and rotating holidays; additional weekend shift differentials apply. Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. License must be active in the state; associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
