Job Summary
LPN - Full Time Days in Long Term Care: provide professional nursing care to residents under supervision, administer medications and treatments, document interactions and outcomes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to maintain resident health and safety. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an unencumbered LPN license; associate degree in practical nursing preferred. Work schedule is 40 hours per week, days 6am–2:30pm, includes every other weekend and rotating holidays, with weekend shift differentials and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current unencumbered LPN license
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- IV therapy/management coursework or experience (North Dakota-specific) as applicable
- Minimum 400 hours of experience as LPN or supervised clinical experience across the life span (as part of pre-licensure program)
- Continued CEU and competency requirements as per department/facility
