Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care to long-term care residents under supervision, including administering medications and treatments, documenting resident interactions and outcomes, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Demonstrates nursing knowledge aligned with care plans and population-specific standards; supports resident education and self-care programs; requires LPN licensure and successful completion of an accredited practical nursing program. Work schedule is full-time, days (6am–2:30pm) with every other weekend and rotating holidays, with additional weekend shift differentials; eligible for benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Active licensure with state nursing board
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- IV therapy/management skills as required for North Dakota (if applicable)
- Ongoing continuing education units (CEU) and competency training as required
