Job Summary
LPN position in a Not-for-Profit Long-Term Care facility seeking a Full-Time nurse for day shifts (6am-2:30pm) with 40 hours/week, includes every other weekend and rotating holidays. Responsibilities include providing professional nursing care to residents under supervision, administering medications, conducting assessments, documenting care and outcomes, participating in an interdisciplinary team, and supporting residents and families with prevention and treatment plans. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, an active LPN license, and relevant competencies; IV therapy experience may be required depending on location.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Possesses or can obtain CEU and competency requirements
- IV therapy/management may be required in ND scenario but not universal across all locations (described in posting)
