Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, administers medications and treatments as ordered, documents resident interactions and outcomes, communicates with residents and families, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team to support residents’ health, safety, and well-being. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and possession of an active LPN license; typical 40-hour work week with days (6am–2:30pm), includes every other weekend and rotating holidays, and may include shift differentials. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and other total rewards; sign-on bonus of $10,000.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current LPN license with state nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Experience or education requirements as stated: IV therapy/management in North Dakota if applicable
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
