Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care for long-term care residents under supervision, including administering medications/treatments, documenting care outcomes, and contributing to resident education and care plans. This full-time daytime LPN role (6am–2:30pm) requires 40 hours per week with every-other-weekend and rotating holidays, and offers shift differentials on weekends and a comprehensive benefits package. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- Current unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- IV therapy/management (North Dakota-specific pathway if applicable) or equivalent training as part of curriculum if required by role
- Completion of supervised clinical experience across the lifespan or minimum 400 hours as LPN at another facility
- Ability to meet department-specific competencies and continuing education requirements
