Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision. Responsibilities include administering medications or treatments as ordered, documenting resident interactions and outcomes, supporting an interdisciplinary care team, and aiding in care planning and education. Requires an LPN license, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, and 40 hours per week on day shifts (6am–2:30pm) with every other weekend and rotating holidays. 40-hour schedule includes shift differentials on weekends and eligibility for benefits. Salary ranges from $27.00 to $36.00 per hour, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus; benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current unencumbered LPN license
- Possesses or eligible for multi-state licensure privileges
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- IV therapy/management skills as required in North Dakota (if applicable)
- Competency in medications administration and documentation
