Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a RN/advanced practice provider or physician. Demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles, administers medications or treatments as ordered, documents resident interactions and outcomes, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary care team. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, current LPN licensure, and ability to perform care within the facility’s care plans. 40 hours per week, dayshift (6am–2:30pm), includes every other weekend and rotating holidays, with shift differentials on weekends. Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits; $10,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include resident assessment, care planning, patient education, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Total rewards and benefit details are provided by the employer.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Assists with IV therapy/management as required by North Dakota qualifications (if applicable)
- Experience requirement: minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility or pre-licensure clinical experience across life span
- Completion of CEU and competency training requirements as part of department and facility requirements
