Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) staffing for Long-Term Care facility. Full-time days (6am-2:30pm), 40 hours/week with every other weekend and rotating holidays. Provide professional nursing care under supervision, administer medications and treatments, document resident interactions and outcomes, support an interdisciplinary care team, and maintain confidentiality. Scope includes evaluating data, recognizing problems, and responding to emergent situations; develop resident self-care plans and educate residents/families. Includes shift differentials on weekends and eligible benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k). Sign-on bonus of $10,000. Must have completed an accredited LPN program and hold an active LPN license; associate degree preferred; additional state-specific IV therapy requirements may apply. Location options include Battle Lake, MN and Holmes City, MN; both roles are in-person with day shifts and weekend/holiday rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
- If IV therapy/management is required in North Dakota: complete IV Therapy course or AASPN program with IV therapy included
- Must have supervised clinical experience across the lifespan or 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility
- Annual continuingeducation units (CEU) and competency training requirements
