Job Summary
LPN - Full Time Days in a long-term care facility. Provide professional nursing care to residents under supervision, perform nursing assessments, administer medications/treatments, document care outcomes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Schedule is 40 hours per week, days shift (6am–2:30pm) with every-other weekend and rotating holidays; potential weekend shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in appropriate state
- Unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- IV therapy/management skills (North Dakota requirement if applicable)
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred
- Possesses required CEU and competency training
- Current continuing education and licensure maintenance requirements
