Job Summary
Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Long Term Care setting. Provides professional nursing care to residents under supervision, administers medications and treatments, participates in care planning, documents outcomes, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team. Days shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., 40 hours/week, includes every other weekend and rotating holidays, with additional weekend shift differentials. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an unencumbered LPN license; IV therapy requirements may apply by state; CEU/compliance requirements to maintain licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Possesses an unencumbered LPN license in the relevant state and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Awareness of or experience with IV therapy/management as applicable per state requirements
- Experience or competency in performing medication administration, care planning, and documenting clinical care
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including days shifts and every other weekend with rotating holidays
- Strong communication, teamwork, and confidentiality skills
