Job Summary
LPN - Full Time Days in Long Term Care: Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision, including medication administration, wound care, and ongoing assessment within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include documenting resident interactions, supporting care plans, patient education, and ensuring health, comfort, and safety. Schedule is 40 hours/week, days 6am–2:30pm, with every other weekend and rotating holidays; includes weekend differentials and eligible benefits (medical, dental, vision). Requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and an active LPN license; RN/physician supervision as applicable. Sign-on bonus of $10,000. Training and competencies to be maintained annually; duties aligned with long-term care standards and resident advocacy.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Possesses/maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
- Completes required annual CEUs and competency training
