Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, administers medications/treatments, documents care outcomes, and collaborates with a interdisciplinary team. Requires an LPN license (associate degree in practical nursing preferred), 40 hours per week on day shift (6am–2:30pm) with every other weekend and rotating holidays, $27+ per hour with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, benefits including medical/dental/vision, and ongoing CEU/competency requirements. Role emphasizes resident safety, communication confidentiality, and adherence to care plans in a not-for-profit senior care facility. Must have completed accredited practical nursing program and meet state licensure requirements; additional ND IV therapy training may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board and/or multi-state licensure privileges
- Possession of required annual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training
- IV therapy/management skills requirement where applicable per North Dakota requirements (ND)
