Job Summary
Full Time LPN in Long Term Care providing professional nursing care under supervision, administering medications, documenting resident interactions, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Day shift (6am-2:30pm), 40 hours/week, includes every other weekend and rotating holidays, with weekend shift differentials; eligible for comprehensive benefits and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
- Performs required CEU and competency training
- IV therapy/management skills as required by ND if applicable
