Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board
- Ability to obtain and maintain department-specific competencies and certifications
- Completion of CEU and ongoing competency requirements
- Experience or clinical hours reflected in pre-licensure program or equivalent practice
