LPN - Full Time Days - LTC

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for full-time day shifts in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include providing professional nursing care to residents under supervision, administering medications and treatments as ordered, documenting resident interactions and outcomes, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team, educating residents and families on prevention and treatment plans, and ensuring resident health, comfort, and safety.
