Job Summary
LPN role providing nursing care in a long-term care community. Responsibilities include administrating or assisting with resident medications and treatments, collecting/storing specimens for labs, communicating with physicians, ensuring orders and lab reports are scanned and filed in resident charts, assisting in developing and revising service plans, and performing duties directed by the Wellness Director. Requirements include being at least 21, English communication skills, meeting state health requirements, maintaining current LPN license and CPR certification, and any other state regulations.
