Job Summary
Collaborate as a team to provide quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans, and deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation while ensuring residents receive the best treatment in a safe, comfortable at-home environment. This full-time role requires a valid, un-encumbered state Nursing License and one or more years of LPN experience, with Assisted Living or Memory Care experience being a bonus. The position offers a $29/hour pay rate plus shift differential, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision, and a supportive, employee-owned culture focused on resident well-being.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- Reliable work-ethic
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
