Job Summary
Collaborate with the team to deliver quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments per personalized care plans, and provide exceptional service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation while ensuring safe, comfortable at-home environments for seniors. This full-time role requires a valid, un-encumbered state LPN license and one or more years of LPN experience, with assisted living or memory care experience as a bonus. Schedule is 7am to 7pm with a shift differential. As an employee-owned company, you contribute to both resident well-being and organizational profitability.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character

- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
