Job Summary
Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents by administering medications and treatments according to personalized care plans. Collaborate as a team to provide quality care that reflects core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration, while maintaining precise and up-to-date documentation. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners to ensure an excellent experience. Maintain a valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License with at least one year of LPN experience. Required Qualifications

- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
