Job Summary
Collaborate as a team to provide quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans, and maintain precise documentation for residents. Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners while ensuring a safe, comfortable at-home environment. This full-time role requires a valid, un-encumbered state nursing license and one year of LPN experience, with Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred. Work shifts run 7am to 7pm with a pay rate of $29/hour plus shift differential. Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- Reliable work-ethic
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must pass a drug screen
