Job Summary
Collaborate as a team to provide quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans, and deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation while ensuring residents receive the best treatment in a safe, comfortable at-home environment. This full-time role requires a valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License, one or more years of LPN experience, and a collaborative spirit. Required Qualifications
