Job Summary
Collaborate as a team to provide quality nursing care to residents in a safe, at-home environment. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while maintaining precise, up-to-date documentation. Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners to ensure an excellent experience. This full-time role requires a valid, un-encumbered state nursing license and one year of LPN experience, with assisted living or memory care experience as a bonus. Earn $29/hour plus shift differential in a supportive, employee-owned culture focused on resident independence and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- Reliable work-ethic
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
