Job Summary
Collaborate as a team to provide quality nursing care that reflects core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while delivering exceptional service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all resident interactions. This full-time role requires a valid, un-encumbered state Nursing License and one or more years of LPN experience; Assisted Living or Memory Care experience is a bonus. The position offers a $29/hour rate plus shift differential, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision, and paid time off. Required Qualifications
