Job Summary
Collaborate as a team to provide quality care that reflects core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while maintaining precise and up-to-date documentation. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners to ensure an excellent experience. Deliver nursing care in a safe, comfortable at-home environment for seniors. Full-time 7am-7pm shift with a $29/hour pay rate plus shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License
- 1 or more years of experience as an LPN
- Exceptional character
- Reliable work-ethic
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
