Job Summary
LPN to join Sprenger Health Care's healthcare team in Wooster, OH. Primary duties include assessing residents’ health, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting in EMR. Maintain accurate records, adhere to nursing standards and ethical practices, and support residents and families. Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted LPN license issued by the state nursing board
