Job Summary
Administer or assist residents with medication and treatments, collect and transport specimens for laboratory studies, and communicate with physicians via telephone, fax, and forms. Scan and file physician orders, laboratory reports, and data in resident charts, while assisting in the development and revision of service plans. Inform the Wellness Director of current resident needs, preferences, and successful service approaches. Perform other duties as directed by the Wellness Director. Maintain current professional license and CPR certification. Full-time position with medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous PTO, attendance bonuses, and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements
- Maintain current professional license and CPR certification if currently LPN/LVN
- Maintain any other certifications as required by state or provincial regulations
