Job Summary
Provide quality nursing care and support for residents and guests by administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans. Monitor resident conditions, communicate changes with the care team, and partner with Nurse Techs, Medication Aides, and other team members to ensure quality care. Complete documentation accurately and timely while following infection control, safety, and regulatory standards. Communicate with residents, guests, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to help create a positive, supportive environment. Full-time nights shift from 6:00pm to 6:00am with every other weekend rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehab, long-term care, memory care, assisted living, hospital, or similar setting preferred
