Job Summary
LPN - FT Nights on 4th Floor Med-Surg Telemetry. Assists the Registered Nurse in implementing the plan of care for a group of patients and provides direct patient care in a technical role. Responsibilities include contributing to nursing assessments, collecting/reporting data, safe direct care, evaluating the plan of care, and communicating with patients, families, and the health team. Requires licensure as an LPN and BLS certification; boards in AR, MS, and TN may apply. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to mission/values, and delivering high-quality compassionate care in a hospital setting (Methodist Le Bonheur).
Required Qualifications
- Nursing - LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) with licensure in Arkansas, Mississippi, or Tennessee as applicable
- BLS - American Heart Association
- Technical Degree or Diploma in Nursing - LPN
- No prior work experience required
