LPN FT Nights (3/4 shift rotation)

Job Summary
Provide holistic nursing care to patients in a correctional setting, assisting health care providers with examinations, treatments, and routine procedures. Obtain patient health history, laboratory specimens, and vital signs while administering TB skin tests and conducting lab tests to ensure results reach the correct physician. Ensure patients receive proper care for injuries or conditions, review patient charts for observed symptoms and treatment changes, and coordinate transfers to medical facilities. Administer medications, implement healthcare practitioners' orders, and document all patient contacts using the POMR format. This FT night shift role (3x12s, 7pm-7:30am with rotating weekends) offers competitive pay, 401K, and tuition reimbursement at Armor Health in Belton, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Current/Active state license as an LPN
- Current CPR certificate
- Proficient with electronic medical records
- Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance to include a background check and drug screen
- FT on Night shift working 3x12s (7pm-7:30am with rotating weekends)
