LPN FT Night Shift 6pm-6am

Supervise nursing personnel to deliver care within scope of practice, ensuring patient needs are met through physician orders, center policies, and federal, state, and local guidelines. Demonstrate knowledge of the HCR Infection Control Manual, participate in implementing the Q.A.A., and utilize the Quality Life Practice Guide Manual for patient identification and monitoring. Notify other departments of patient changes including room changes, LOAs, new admits, and discharges while conducting family and patient education. Locate and use emergency equipment when necessary. Requires current LPN/LVN licensure in the state with one-year prior nursing management experience preferred.
