Job Summary
Collaborate as a team to deliver quality nursing care to residents in a safe, at-home environment. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all resident interactions. This full-time role at Wallick Senior Living offers a $27/hour base rate plus shift differential, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance. Candidates must hold a valid, un-encumbered state nursing license and one year of LPN experience, with assisted living or memory care experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
