Job Summary
Collaborate as a team to provide quality care reflecting core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while delivering exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all resident interactions. This role requires a valid, un-encumbered state Nursing License and one or more years of LPN experience; Assisted Living or Memory Care experience is a bonus. Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check. The position offers a $27/hour rate plus shift differential and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
