Job Summary
Collaborate as a team to deliver quality nursing care reflecting core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration. Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans while providing exceptional service to residents, families, and medical partners. Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all resident interactions. This Full-Time, Part-time, or PRN role offers a $27/hour rate plus shift differential and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates must hold a valid, un-encumbered state nursing license with at least one year of LPN experience; Assisted Living or Memory Care experience is a bonus. Successful applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
