LPN

Assist providers with patient care and follow-up by interviewing patients, obtaining vital signs, and preparing for physical exams and treatments. Administer prescribed medications and treatments while performing injections and specific infusions under provider direction. Perform triage on incoming phone calls to identify emergent situations and manage pharmacy prescriptions and refills. Document assessments, interventions, and test results in medical records, complete treatment questionnaires, and ensure billing charges are processed. Maintain clinic areas by stocking supplies, disinfecting rooms, and managing waste and linen. Complete orientation and competency checklists. Requires LPN license in Missouri and minimum one year of experience.
