Job Summary
Join Westminster Communities of Florida as a Licensed Practical Nurse for Memory Care, where you will assist in evaluating residents' needs, plan and implement resident care based on MD orders, and ensure timely medication administration. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting residents with daily living activities, and overseeing CNAs to follow MD orders. A valid Florida LPN license and CPR certification are required. One year of relevant experience in long-term care is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed in the State of Florida as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- CPR Certified
- One year of long term care experience desirable
- Experience in Med-Surge, Home Health, or working with the handicapped or developmentally disabled adults helpful
