Job Summary
LPN needed for pediatric and adult home health care in multiple Florida locations. Role emphasizes one-on-one patient care with opportunities to manage complex needs including tracheostomy and ventilator management. Offers in-depth paid training, electronic charting, flexible scheduling (FT, PT, PRN), and on-call clinical support. Shifts available are 10- or 12-hour days or overnights with no weekend minimum requirements; benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401K, life insurance, and referral bonus. Compensation ranges from $28 to $35 per hour depending on experience, case acuity, and shift.
Required Qualifications
- Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program
- Current CPR Card
- Screening through Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
