LPN for Corporate Wellness Screenings - Denver, CO

Job Summary
Conduct biometric wellness screenings at corporate sites, including finger stick blood collection, BMI, blood pressure, and height/weight measurements. Perform basic waived testing procedures using CardioChek Plus while maintaining accurate, legible records and ensuring HIPAA and OSHA compliance. Provide basic health coaching based on individual screening results and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the event. Maintain all designated safety policies, including the use of protective equipment, and adhere to federal, state, and local laws. Travel is required to screening event locations, and the role involves lifting objects up to 40 pounds. This per diem position requires at least one year of healthcare experience and current appropriate medical certification.
Required Qualifications
- Formal medical education
- Current appropriate medical certification
- Additional medical certification or licensure as required by state or regulatory requirements
- High School diploma/GED
- Medical license
- Nurse license
- Phlebotomy Certificate
- Medical Assistant License
- C.N.A license
- At least 1 year of healthcare experience in a professional health care setting
- Completion of a fingerstick within the last 1-2 years
- Proficiency with finger stick blood collection methods
- Proficiency with manual blood pressure
- Skills for proper specimen and reagent handling
